CommunityMech:000438 records 240 mL/min in feed_or_dilution_rate. Methods describes 4 mL/s medium recirculation/equalization, not fresh-medium feed or chemostat dilution. Review the cultivation field and distinguish recirculated filtered medium from vessel cell circulation. Room temperature ca.22-25 C is explicitly supported; do not remove it or restore unsupported atmosphere from #1112. No protocol optimization is requested.
