The four-node graph combines different strain pairs, calls Nox-mediated fermentation colonization facilitation and labels urease effects pairwise mutualism. Preserve positive supplementation/knockout evidence, distinguish ammonia nutrition of Streptococcus from CO2-responsive lactobacilli, and qualify return-flow mediation. Retain early versus final and strain-dependent counterexamples, including lower final lactobacillus counts in the LMG 18311/ATCC 11842 study.
