The top-level description implies urease-derived ammonia/CO2 uniformly stimulates the lactobacillus. The urease abstract distinguishes ammonia limitation of S. thermophilus from CO2 limitation of responsive L. bulgaricus strains. Align non-graph summaries with that distinction and the record's multi-study strain scope after the interaction-block repair.
