Summary

  • Add fixed-q annular angular-peak tracking, diagonal petal pairing, interactive review, and source-backed figure bundles from the preceding butterfly-analysis task.
  • Add bsaxs batch --unattended PACKAGE: preflight the exact selected frames, run the annular Evaluate recipe, stream batch evidence, and write a default checkpoint outside the raw package.
  • Make cancellation, failed frames, unavailable SHA-256, mask/path mismatches, and unsupported ellipse-derived periods fail closed in batch and GUI outputs.

Verification

  • python -m pytest -q: 1024 passed, 7 skipped. Skips are native Qt Quick 3D backend or unavailable historical fixtures.
  • python -m ruff check src tests scripts, python -m compileall -q src tests scripts, python -m pip check, and git diff --check: passed.
  • Built a wheel containing all 111 expected package files and no data_local/ or local outputs.
  • Real calibrated 110-frame sample: preflight WARN with six recorded metadata/correction warnings; analysis completed with 130 annular candidates and 120 accepted trajectory points. Streamed NPZ metadata reports complete/artifact_complete/quality_complete. Raw frame, PONI, and mask SHA-256 values stayed unchanged. Resume restored the frame without refitting and preserved the NPZ SHA-256.

Scientific limit

The real frame's ellipse remains quantitatively undetermined. Derived Ln/Lz/major-axis periods are blank in published value columns and retained only as explicitly undetermined candidates. Engineering completion does not grant scientific acceptance.
