The objective 'Set' picker (ObjectiveForm) listed every non-archived set, so an objective owned by one team could be linked to another team's set. Scope the set choices to the objective's own team (TEAM-scoped sets) when it already has one — keeping whatever set it currently points at selectable so editing other fields never forces a set change, while blocking new cross-team picks. A brand-new, unowned objective still sees all sets, since the set it picks is what defines its team. The queryset guards both the dropdown and server-side validation.
