Summary

Completes the agreed Phase 1-5 AutoUP optimization while keeping Demo assets and historical covers in the repository.

Phase 1 — correctness

• make S3 use the complete subtitle timeline with source-window provenance
• make S5 semantic matching fail closed instead of filling arbitrary free footage
• pass --voice through the TTS stack
• fingerprint TTS cache inputs
• fix exact --only semantics and batch exit codes
• preserve the exact verified subtitle language into download
• remux/transcode containers instead of renaming extensions
• harden S7/S8/S9 validation contracts

Phase 2 — engineering gates

• add pyproject.toml and committed uv.lock
• add Ruff, pytest and 70% coverage gate
• add Linux quality CI and Windows smoke CI
• add focused tests for config, LLM, stages, state, render/download/TTS branches and final validation

Phase 3 — repository cleanup

• remove machine-specific committed paths
• add config.local.yaml pattern and example config
• expand .gitignore
• remove legacy AutoYY/hard-coded helper scripts
• align README, SKILL, agent metadata, docs and references with AutoUP 0.2
• Demo and historical cover assets are intentionally preserved

Phase 4 — resumability

• store per-stage input/config fingerprints in state.json
• automatically invalidate stale stage checkpoints
• record stage elapsed time under state.json.metrics

Phase 5 — safe performance improvements

• bounded concurrent S1 metadata verification
• persistent LLM HTTP session
• cached NVENC probing
• deterministic per-topic BGM selection
• avoid unnecessary recomputation through fingerprints
• keep the FFmpeg pipeline simple instead of adding distributed infrastructure

Final branch CI:

• uv lock --check: pass
• locked dependency install: pass on Linux and Windows
• Python compileall: pass
• Ruff: pass
• pytest: 36 passed
• coverage: 70.06% (gate >= 70%)
• Windows smoke: pass
