One long reference from first principles to current status, written from main@33086b9. Stack-up tables are generated from reva-stackup-r1 and checked by the existing tests. Three analytical figures come from a script. Appendix J records contradictions and stale text found while writing. No decision is changed. Add section 10bis: what ISAC means, its three architectural families, illuminators of opportunity, communication and sensing as two problems on one field, and the calibration confound they share (readings depend only on H R H^H). Add a signature figure and an ISAC claims and evidence table. Trace the AP-S requirements to physical functions and metrics, remove duplicated passages, and record two new inconsistencies in Appendix J. Official and publisher sources were still unreachable, so no citation is upgraded. No decision is changed. Editable multi-file Typst project in docs/typst/aetherarray-master-reference/ (main.typ, template, metadata, one file per part and appendix, bibliography.yml with evidence levels, pre-rendered Mermaid SVGs, generated stack-up tables), converted from docs/aetherarray-master-reference.md without changing content. Adds the converter, LaTeX-to-Typst math translator, figure renderer and a build script that compiles the PDF, packs the ZIP and recompiles it from the extracted archive. Follow-up: stop tracking the reproducible build outputs and ignore docs/build/. Document the source policy: the Markdown is the canonical content source, the Typst project is the publication and layout edition generated from it. The converter now never overwrites an existing hand-editable file without --force, and with --force lists every file it is about to overwrite in a warning first.
