The bump changes only the dd-apm-test-agent image tag from v1.44.0 to v1.64.1 in the two CI service definitions and the container-backed reliability test. The fixed /test/traces endpoint, port mapping, readiness check, and invariant checks remain unchanged; execution was blocked by unavailable Java 25 and private-registry access.
