Neon Rally now offers ten circuits, adding Coastal Sprint, Red Mesa Run, Pine Ridge, Old Town Loop, Summit Grand Prix, and Sunset Docks. The new layouts use the existing lap selection, opponents, cameras and graphics modes. Ground size expands to cover the larger circuits.
Updated the track count and desktop UI coverage, added checks for road clearance and terrain coverage, and corrected the AI timing check to use each rival's actual maximum cruise speed. Includes desktop 2.7 release notes.
Validation: all 53 JavaScript tests pass, including complete player and opponent races on all ten circuits. The desktop bundle builds. All six new tracks start in the local browser with both Lightweight and High quality graphics; selected laps and cockpit switching verified. Python: 16/18 tests passed locally; reminder file replacement and cross-site HTTP rejection encountered Windows host access/connection errors. Desktop parity CI will run the clean cross-platform and Windows installation checks.
