DEL /api/v1/user

회원 탈퇴 API를 만들었어요 탈퇴 시 다음과 같은 동작을 수행해요

• 대여 중인 약속이 있다면 탈퇴가 불가능해요
• 확정된 약속, 제시한 약속들을 모두 취소해요
• 유저에 대한 정보가 null 처리되고 탈퇴한 사용자로 닉네임이 바뀌어요

이후 제품, 약속, 채팅 페이지에서 탈퇴한 사용자로 나타나도록 수정하였어요
