- CITATION.cff (read by Zenodo for the DOI), LICENSE (MIT), CHANGELOG.md
- pyproject: authors, license, URLs, requires-python>=3.10,
  dissmodel>=0.5.0; streamlit moved to the "examples" extra
- smoke tests for every model and a GitHub Actions workflow
- README: install from GitHub (the package is not on PyPI)

The demo folder is what gets pushed to a Hugging Face Space, so it must
build on its own:
- requirements.txt pins dissmodel and installs this package from its
  release tag on GitHub (it is not on PyPI)
- Dockerfile copies only requirements.txt and app.py; drops build tools
  and GL libraries that nothing uses
- README.md carries the Space configuration (sdk: docker, app_port: 7860)
