Hi @SarahAlidoost , I created a notebook and investigated watervapor datasets. I only investigated some particular files, but converting mothly, daily and hourly, full and masked. For all files I investigated, there is no NaN values problem as #41 . I think we are good to go. Can you have a look at the notebook? I am not sure if we need to merge it. |
