Hello! I'm Anicet.
My research interests include Bayesian hierarchical modeling, bioinformatics/statistical software development and some Ecology. Therefore, I spend most of my time thinking about how to extract meaningful biological signal from complex, noisy data.
I also hold an Assistant Professor position at Institut National Félix Houphouet-Boigny (INP-HB, Côte d'Ivoire 🇨🇮).

I write most of my tools in Rust for performance and reliability, and in R and Python for statistical and ecological workflows.

Outside of research and software, I am involved in agricultural technology education at the INPHB AgriTech's Fab Lab. I enjoy the challenge of building things that work well in resource-constrained environments.
