Dispatching Bump Native SDK Version (sdk=android, version=2.1.0) on 2026-09-06 failed at the Create Pull Request step: Permission to EncoreKit/kotlin-multiplatform.git denied to github-actions[bot] (403). The repo's default workflow token permission is read, and this workflow declares no permissions: block. The sibling workflows in react-native, flutter-sdk, and capacitor-sdk declare contents: write and pull-requests: write; this adds the same.

Note for whoever picks up the Android bump here: gradle/libs.versions.toml pins encore-android = "1.4.48". Moving to 2.1.0 crosses the 2.0 major, which shipped breaking API changes, so it is a migration rather than a version bump.

The workflow token defaults to read on this repo, so create-pull-request fails
at push with 403 (denied to github-actions[bot]). react-native, flutter-sdk and
capacitor-sdk declare these two permissions; this repo never did.

Closing: kotlin-multiplatform is deprecated, so the bump workflow will not be used.
