Handle source duplication caused by traits

Some tools, such as implementors and senders, can return many duplicate methods when they come from traits, becaus they are the same methods installed in many classes.
This is especially problematic when they return method sources.
These tools should handle this case to prevent the context from being bloated by the same methods.
