ci(streflop): gate determinism on macos-* shipping pins#11

The cross-arch determinism gate previously only ran on main (layer + upstream head). The engines players actually run are the frozen macos-<version> pins, whose streflop is older than main's head. Add macos-* to the push filter so a pin's own determinism is verified when FP-relevant code (streflop, sse2neon, FastMath.h) lands on it via propagate/onboard.

Extends the cross-arch streflop determinism gate from main to the frozen macos- shipping branches, so each pin's own FP determinism is verified when streflop/sse2neon/FastMath changes reach it. Same build+compare, just a wider branch filter.
