Explanation of Change

The app froze and got killed on iOS while typing in the composer (Sentry APP-EF1).

This PR bumps react-native-live-markdown to the version that includes the $ Expensify/react-native-live-markdown#772

PROPOSAL:

Tests

1. Open any chat on iOS.
2. In the composer, type bold, italic, strike, code, > quote, # heading, a link and an @mention.
3. Verify each one is styled correctly as you type.
4. Delete some of it and retype — verify the styling still matches the text.
5. Send the message and verify it renders correctly.
6. Long-press the message → Edit — verify the formatting shows up in the editor.
7. Paste a long block of mixed markdown and hold backspace — verify the app stays responsive and doesn't crash.

Keep the pod lockfile source-built

The supported standalone pod-install command explicitly sets both RCT_USE_RN_DEP=0 and RCT_USE_PREBUILT_RNCORE=0, but this lockfile now resolves React-Core-prebuilt (and ReactNativeDependencies). Consequently, running npm run pod-install or npm run pod-install-standalone after this dependency update resolves a different source-built pod graph and regenerates the lockfile/Xcode project again. Preserve the previous source-built resolution unless the installation script is intentionally changed to enable prebuilt RN Core.
