Description
The rpm build script runs setup tools for module bdist_rpm. That modules looks for setup.cfg in the root of the project. RPM builds fail without it.
Adding the a setup.cfg file to the root of the project with:
[bdist_rpm]
requires = f5-sdk == 2.3.3
resolves the issue.
Deployment
Clone the repo on a machine with git and docker properly installed. Change into the repo directory and change to the mitaka or stable/newton branches. Run:
sudo ./f5-openstack-agent-dist/scripts/package_agent.sh "redhat" "7"
