Refine setup, vault, and update workflows

Summary

• standardize auxiliary windows with the shared app shell, action rail, icons, and Mod Management slide-out
• consolidate collection history/recent changes behavior and remove the old standalone mod-management window
• refine Vault-first update, Vault import/export, Mod Manifest wording, large manifest imports, remembered manifest folders, and window bounds persistence
• add compact collection share-link handling, update candidate modeling tests, and Google Drive-backed collection link groundwork
