PR #300 wrapped the detail blocks in a display: contents element so the
item Knowledge panel can hide them, which took them out of the pane's
space-y-6; the folder row, player and cards touched. The wrapper is now a
flex column with gap-6, which also spaces collapsed workflow lines that
sit in contents spans. The item header's Knowledge icon is a plain icon
like its neighbours, highlighted while open, and a second click closes
the panel, as in the folder header.

fix(ui): space the detail blocks again and toggle Knowledge from its icon
…emarks

The guide's screenshots predated the detail cleanup (#300), summary
edits and remarks (#304) and the restored block spacing (#307). Every
image of a changed screen is retaken from the demo stack built from dev;
images of unchanged screens stay byte-identical.

- learn-results.png goes with the Learn result card; item-knowledge.png
  shows the header Knowledge panel instead.
- Summary edits and remarks are documented in EN and CS: owner-only
  rights from either view of a shared recording, the editor and speaker
  links, the Hand-edited marker, replacement confirmation, stored remarks
  and when they replay. New images summary-edit, summary-edited and
  summary-remarks.
- Text fixed where the retake showed drift: onboarding step titles,
  Followed tasks, the mail filter menu, Knowledge instead of the Learn
  card, what re-transcription replaces, agendas in folders, image alt
  texts.
- capture.sh gains a summary_corrections section and an updated
  learn_finish; the pilot-call fixture uses numbered speakers and stores
  one remark, so no provider call is needed.
- The summary-edits decision record is accepted: the owner-only rule
  was confirmed.
The task row's hover tools (Note, Merge, Undo match, Drop) are invisible
until the row is hovered but still take their width, so they do not
reflow the row on hover. Following sat between them, so rows with Undo
match or Drop after it pushed it left by that width and it landed at
different places down the list.

Following is now the last item of the action line, flush right, and the
hover tools sit to its left. They become icon-only ghost buttons with
tooltips and their former labels as accessible names, like the other
secondary actions in the item header. A 24 px icon button size matches
the pills' height.
The summary footer was one wrapping row of look-alike chips: source,
provider, a monospace model, the edit markers, and two amber warnings
with their actions, which wrapped mid-line and pushed the profile onto a
second line.

Warnings that the summary is out of date (stale names or terms, an
earlier transcript or message, changed folders) now sit in one amber
band, one line each, with their action as an underlined link. Below it,
one quiet provenance line: the profile first, then provider, model,
multi-pass, Hand-edited and From remarks, as plain text separated by
dots. The Custom chip is gone: the header's source switch and the
profile already say where the summary came from.

The transcript footer uses the same provenance line (Plaud or Mix only
when it says something, provider, model, language, word and character
counts) through one shared component. Separators stay attached to their
item, so a wrapped line never ends on a dot. The Hand-edited marker is
focusable, so keyboard users reach its editor and date tooltip.
docs(user-guide): retake screenshots and document summary edits and remarks
The summary editor's two fields were fixed monospace boxes: about 16 lines for
the summary text and 3 for the key points, so one long key point filled the
field. Both now use the summary's own proportional text and grow with their
content (summary text 10 lines up to 70% of the window, key points 6 lines up
to half of it), then scroll.
The footers stopped showing the model in monospace; the remarks dialog's
next-run line now matches them.
The task rows, summary footer, transcript footer and remarks dialog changed in
this branch, so the guide shows the new layout. The summary guide describes the
warning band and the provenance line, and its Czech text uses the app's names
for the stale-names warning and Regenerate.
The multi-pass marker, the summary instruction names, the compact Review
action, "To jsem já" and "Kde to zaznělo" now match what the app shows.
The summary editor, the task note and the summary remarks "New remark" field
each styled their own textarea: a monospace or base-size box with a resize
handle, and save actions that were plain text, a hand-made button or
full-size buttons. They now share one Textarea, styled like Input and
growing with its content within the caller's bounds, and one EditorActions
row: hint on the left, small Cancel/Skip and Save buttons on the right.
Labels and behaviour are unchanged.
A long key point wraps onto a second line, and the field then hid where one
point ends and the next begins. The editor now shows each point as "- point";
saving strips one list marker per line, and a line without one still counts.
The Statistics guide said browser transcription, embeddings and failed calls
have no usage event and that deleting an item deletes its usage. Since the
durable usage ledger, saved browser transcriptions (at zero cost), embedding
batches and failed attempts are recorded, and deleted items keep their usage.
The page also gets the time zone order, the 365-day Year comparison, keyboard
scope, spend sources and grouping right.

… tasks

Task rows differed by list: the agenda hid its state labels, a second done
button and the meeting-note field in the hover tools; notes pushed the
actions into the middle of the row; read-only rows showed a dead checkbox;
the older-task chooser had a disabled checkbox and one muted add link per row.

Every task list now follows the same rules:
- the pills and actions line is the last line, so actions sit in the lower
  right corner; task notes, meeting notes and their editors go above it;
- state is always visible: agenda rows show Older and Changed during the
  meeting as badges, and the meeting note as text;
- agenda actions are icon buttons with tooltips (meeting note, remove from
  agenda), like the other row tools; the live Done button is gone, the
  checkbox completes the task;
- the checkbox only appears where you can complete the task; other rows show
  a status mark (open, done, dropped) whose reason is reachable by keyboard;
- adding lives under the list on the left, including Add task on the Tasks
  page;
- in Czech, dropping a task is Zahodit, so Zrušit only means Cancel.

Older tasks are added to an agenda from an Add older tasks dialog with
search, the invitee filter and checkboxes, instead of the inline panel.
Add task now sits below the task lists, and the remarks dialog uses the
shared text field.
fix(ui): steady task row actions and calmer card footers
fix(ui): roomier summary editor, one look for inline editors
docs(user-guide): correct what the Statistics page counts
- Keep the note editor open and focused while ticking a task done is still
  saving; Save waits for that save.
- Open a status mark's reason on tap as well as hover and focus.
- Make the multi-pass marker focusable with its explanation in a tooltip,
  like Hand-edited.
- Stop adding older tasks at the first failure so an outage shows one
  error; the failed and unsent tasks stay selected.
- Name picker checkboxes by the task text and describe them by source,
  date and due date.
- Measure an auto-growing field once per keystroke and keep one observer.
Mine is newest first, so a task added from under a long list landed out of
view. Add task now sits at the end of the filter row and the form opens as
the first row of the list, as right-clicking Tasks in the navigation does.
The trigger returns focus after Cancel, Escape or adding, stays disabled
while a save is in flight, and refocuses an open form.
feat(ui): one task row shape everywhere and a picker for older agenda tasks

feat(ui): Add task at the top right of Mine, form as the first row
The folder header gets two rows: the name with its scope mark and the item
count at the right end, and an icon toolbar below it (Prepare an agenda |
Folder tasks, Knowledge | New subfolder, Move to… | Folder settings).

- Folder tasks opens the folder's tasks (with subfolders) in the right pane,
  grouped by folder: Mine / Followed / All (default All), state and assignee
  filters, Add task as the first row with the folder preselected, and
  "Open in Tasks" linking to the same folder and list.
- Tasks and Knowledge are mutually exclusive views; their toggles stay
  neutral until open, then take the view colour (new --tasks orange and
  --knowledge purple tokens) with a pressed look; a second click returns to
  the item. Knowledge's title icon and selected tab use its colour.
- New subfolder and Move to… open their own small dialogs and leave the
  folder settings dialog; focus returns to the launcher on close.
- Tasks page: a third list "All" (tab=all, every task the viewer may see,
  same visibility gate), title icon in the Tasks colour.
- The Add task trigger is inactive while its form is open (Tasks page and
  folder panel); only the form's own buttons act.
- Data and mutations of the task list move into useTaskListData, shared by
  the Tasks page and the folder panel; only the Tasks page marks tasks seen.
- User guide text and screenshots updated, new folder-tasks screenshot.
…lose

- Integration: the Organization account's own tasks (filed in an Organization
  folder and unfiled) never appear in All, and an unfiltered All for a person
  lists only their own personal tasks.
- closeKnowledge -> closeFolderView: it closes Tasks and Knowledge.
- Comment at the All scope: visibility comes from taskVisible in
  taskTabConditions.
If someone else deletes or moves away the folder while its New subfolder or
Move dialog is open, the dialog unmounted but the action state stayed set and
kept the global keyboard shortcuts disabled until reload. The folder is now
derived like settingsFolder, and both the dialog and the shortcut gate use it.
feat(ui): folder header action row and folder Tasks panel
Rules: colour means an open view, a state or a person, never decoration;
action icons are neutral until their view is open; one colour per view;
counts at the right end of full-width rows and right after block headings.

- Block-heading counts render through one HeadingCount (muted, small, no
  parentheses): Task review and Learn sections, profile groups, stored
  remarks, both agenda sections, folder task groups, a person's recordings,
  billing groups.
- Full-width rows put their count at the right end: Needs review filter,
  agenda disclosure (wraps at narrow widths), arrival overflow, the
  transcript chapter bar (title first, position at the right).
- Neutral at rest: item header Share (magenta only for an existing person
  share) and Knowledge; folder menu agenda and share icons; item menu share;
  received-item filing; delete/revoke icons and destructive menu items, red
  only on hover/focus (contrast >= 4.5:1 in both themes).
- Item header Knowledge takes --knowledge and a pressed look while open.
- Inline editors keep their trigger visible but inactive while open
  (InlineEditorTrigger): task Note, meeting note, Edit summary, Add person,
  Add thing, nickname; focus returns to the trigger after save or cancel.
- Tasks orange only on links into Tasks; Task review labels, note borders and
  disclosures (agenda, show dropped) stay neutral; formatted mail and the
  access/archived-profile toggles use the neutral pressed look.
- Access settings ignore stale detail responses when switching people.
- Guide text for the inactive editor triggers; screenshots retaken where the
  UI changed; capture.sh follows the new Needs review label.
Switching to another person while a change for the first one was saving
dropped its error, success and session messages. The outcome of a write the
admin made is now always reported (a sign-in prompt applies to the whole
page); only the first person's detail is no longer reloaded or shown.
The inactive trigger only reset its hover background, so ghost and outline
triggers (Edit summary, Add thing, Add a nickname) still changed text colour
on hover. While its editor is open the trigger now has pointer-events: none:
no hover state of any variant, keyboard focus unchanged, clicks were already
ignored.
feat(ui): apply the view colour and count rules across the UI
