SPEC: the Ubuntu 'container tier only' note is stale #129
SPEC.md's Ubuntu section still says (around line 413):
Container tier only for now: the adapter has no releases.trusty.install or kernel_newest, so the VM tier (tools/vm.py) can't build or boot an Ubuntu box yet.
That is stale:
adapters/ubuntu.toml has releases.trusty.install (around line 47), kernel_newest (around lines 146–147) and [hardware] boot = ["bios", "uefi"] (around line 219).
The bullet should describe what the VM tier now does for Ubuntu, or be removed. SPEC.md is owner-reserved (CODEOWNERS), so this is filed rather than changed in #127, which fixes the README's account of the same results.
