Update the crowdin.yml configuration so only the homepage content (i.e. /content/<lang>/_index.md) and theme strings (i.e. i18n/<lang>.yaml) are available for now.

They will be accessible in different folders in the CrowdIn UI project, Website content and Website theme respectively.

TODO

• Before merging, the new "website" CrowdIn project keys have be set in this repository vars/secrets.
• After merging, and before CrowdIn is used by translators for the website, some parser settings in CrowdIn UI have to be changed: excluded front matter fields (see below), front matter export quotes as default (i.e. no quote marks when not needed, and double quotes for strings that need quotes), etc.

Basically, front matter fields that can be translated currently are: title, linkTitle, description, cover.caption, buttons.label.

You will also have to update the CrowdIn calls to use the newly-created "CROWDIN_API_BASE_URL" so you are accessing the correct organization (the project ID is per-org). It's set to "https://freecad.api.crowdin.com/api/v2" now. PAT also updated, and the necessary settings changes made at CrowdIn.

Thanks for the info.
The last commit added this new variable, so it's now part of the FreeCAD org/enterprise.
Let me know if it's all good, then we can squash, merge, and test it.
