+Follow-up to patch #1. `RequestOrResponse::maybe_stream_body` forwards incoming
+bodies host-to-host gated only on `is_incoming()`, ignoring whether a JS
+`BodyStream` exists. `clone()` tees the body into `self`'s `BodyStream` but
+leaves the incoming handle attached, so sending the original after a clone took
+the fast path, bypassed the tee branch, and double-read the single host body.
