FFmpeg has filters for HQ Scaler (sr_amf), vpp_amf, and frc_amf, but not VQ Enhancer — so it can't be used from FFmpeg-based tools (mpv, etc.), even though it already ships in VLC 3.0.21.
Describe the solution you'd like
A vqenhance_amf filter wrapping VQEnhancer (ATTENUATION + engine type), using the existing vf_amf_common.c scaffolding.
Describe alternatives you've considered
sr_amf/vpp_amf only scale — none do same-resolution artifact reduction. Calling the AMF SDK directly isn't practical for players relying on libavfilter.
