Reject non-finite retry_after values. Do not add an arbitrary cap.
NaN passes _retry_after. rest stores a NaN deadline, then round(seconds) raises before the busy notice is posted. wake never removes that entry because NaN <= now is false, so the automatic retry path remains blocked until restart. /nuevo does not clear _resting.
A new incoming line can still bypass the wait guard because NaN > now is false. Therefore, the failure blocks automatic retries, not every future turn. The retry contract specifies a minimum wait but no maximum, so do not cap finite waits here.

…t block the retry
When the assistant's provider runs out of capacity, the bot says «Ahora mismo no puedo leer mensajes escritos… si me lo vuelves a escribir más tarde, lo leo», and the message is only answered if she writes again. The provider usually knows how long the wait is, and the bot should use that.
Now a plugin that is out of capacity raises an error with a numeric
retry_after(seconds). The bot then:pending:<chat>. Lines she sends meanwhile wait with them, and nothing calls the plugin until the wait is over;An error without
retry_afterstill getsai_down, as before. A plugin can raise aRuntimeErrorsubclass carrying the attribute, so an older app treats it as a plain failure.Tests: three new ones in
tests/test_turns.py(told once, held, answered after the wait; hours, and a second busy spell not told twice; answered after a restart). Each one was seen failing with its guard removed: the early return in_turn,wakeintick, the told-once check. The full suite passes (431).Summary by CodeRabbit
