- Around line 657-658: Update the version announcement flow that uses `sent` and
`announced_version` to track delivery separately for each admin. Persist
successful recipients and retry only admins whose sends failed on the next
start, rather than marking the entire version announced after any successful
send.

An upgrade lands through Renovate and the redeploy without anyone noticing; the only trace is the image tag. The bot should say when a new version is running.
At start, after the menu, the bot compares the running version with
announced_versionin its state database. When they differ it sends «Nueva versión en marcha: 0.6.0 (antes 0.5.0).» (English and Spanish through the locales) in private to each admin of the profile, or to the group when the profile names none. The version is stored only after Telegram took at least one message, so a failed send is tried again at the next start; a restart on the same version sends nothing.announced_versionjoins the KV key allowlist (code and DESIGN.md).run()announces. Each was shown to go red under its own mutation.Summary by CodeRabbit
