Repository organization

Present the scientific question and results first; organize the connected account under science/, shared educational material under learning/, sources under references/, and reproducibility under verification/. Add scientific and learning entrypoints and a physical interpretation page connecting existing mechanisms and resource boundaries. Remove superseded entrypoints rather than retaining duplicate accounts.

Retain Watrous as the sole educational anchor and QRB-W18-30-v1: the same 30 milestone IDs, questions, targets, dependencies, and 14-background/16-narrative allocation. Add explicit conceptual connections. Remove the personal coaching guide, challenge/retry instructions, teaching-intensity prescriptions, and assessment-completion rules from public learning and LLM guidance. The common reading route requires no private source.

Scientific preservation

The five core proof pages retain their complete scientific text and all 100 display equations and 278 inline formulas; only link destinations change. The theorem map's planning paragraph becomes a link to physical interpretation. No theorem or physical model is added or withdrawn. Keep the exact input promises, reference-inclusive accuracy, free-internal-control qualification, resource-budget distinctions, MIT license, and purpose/contact paragraph.

The eleven numerical programs retain the same calculations: ten are byte-identical under relocation and one changes only a documentation path. Requirements are unchanged. Source provenance is refreshed from an executed run for the new paths. Exact integer/rational finite-certificate fields agree with the original record; floating-point diagnostics are recorded from the fresh run together with their own output hashes.

  • All ten scientific suites pass locally and in the final PR workflow. Navigation, license, bibliography, result/source integrity, and the common 30-milestone map pass. Twenty structural regressions also pass, including malformed mathematical syntax, invalid native MathML, missing conceptual connections, forward dependencies, and personal assessment instructions in a shared map. Verification run 39015724077.
  • Actual public GitHub Chromium inspection passes on all fifteen root/science/learning/reference/verification pages at 1180px and 390px. All 536 mathematical expressions render at each width, with no detected parse errors, unfinished expressions, invalid native rows, unprocessed delimiters, inconsistent table columns, or page-level overflow. Hosted-render run 39015724110.
  • The downloaded hosted artifact SHA-256 matches GitHub's recorded digest. Every inspected public source matches the locally prepared file. Representative screenshots were reviewed for the README, physical interpretation, mixed-helper law at both widths, Watrous notation table, and final milestone synthesis. Long mobile equations can scroll inside their containers. This is actual hosted output, not a substituted local preview.
  • No temporary migration script or write-capable migration workflow remains in the final tree. Both retained workflows are read-only.

The checked final tree is 5ed2d45dc2f1c39dec89162d1820c355935bf97f. This pass refurnishes the established scientific account; it is not independent theorem review, exhaustive priority verification, manuscript drafting, metadata publication, or a GitHub Release/tag. No other repository is modified.
