Scope

Complete the sanity check of the refurnished scientific repository. Review the headline-to-proof reading route, exact and approximate helper promises, input-independent control model, entropy budget, reference-inclusive error, resource normalizations, attribution, and finite-control qualification. Keep Watrous as the sole educational anchor and the unchanged 30-milestone map with 14 background and 16 narrative targets. Personal coaching remains outside the public repository. No scientific gap or release-blocking inconsistency was identified in this internal review.

Presentation repair

Actual hosted screenshots showed mathematical prose left as ordinary text, including rho_A, E^dagger, and Theta(sqrt(...)). Typeset 181 such occurrences in three scientific pages using protected inline mathematics. All 60 display blocks in these pages, previously protected inline expressions, headings, and link destinations are unchanged. The replacement manifest and byte comparisons were checked locally. This is a notation/presentation repair, not a new claim or altered proof.

No scientific program, recorded result, requirement, learning file, workflow, bibliography, or license is changed. The three uploaded blob hashes agree with the locally prepared files. Main's existing science/learning/references/verification organization, purpose/contact paragraph, and personal-coaching exclusion are preserved.

Completed checks on 74025c5

  • All ten scientific suites passed in a fresh local run using bytes verified against the current scientific source hashes. The main-branch workflow was also rerun successfully before the presentation patch.
  • Final PR CI passes the repository integrity checks, all twenty structural regressions, and all ten scientific suites: verification run 39017495415. The scientific programs and tracked results are unchanged by this patch.
  • Actual public GitHub inspection passes all fifteen README/science/learning/reference/verification pages at 1180px and 390px, with all 717 mathematical expressions ready at each width. No detected parse errors, unsupported native MathML rows, unprocessed delimiters, inconsistent table cells, or page-level horizontal overflow: hosted run 39017495436.
  • The downloaded hosted artifact has the recorded SHA-256 6c82937a5a2251ea8204e2451bd428c419b3bcadb04e6df18f7e4e8823eb19a2. Every inspected public source hash matches the locally prepared revision. Visual review confirms the repaired entropy-flow and control notation at desktop and the entropy-flow prose at mobile. README, learning, milestone synthesis, and representative theorem pages were also reviewed during this check. Long mobile formulas use their own horizontal scroll containers. Full-page screenshots can include GitHub's sticky toolbar; this capture artifact is not claimed to be absent.
  • Targeted primary-source spot checks reconfirmed the conditional-variance statement, the nearest bottleneck and ancillary-robustness theorem distinctions, and the selected anchor's access and errata information. This is not exhaustive priority research or independent theorem review.

The final checked tree is 3f14f8c304ae402ed4ad7ad16f9fc34130607bbb. This is an internal consistency, reproducibility, and presentation check. It does not establish hardware performance or editorial acceptance. No metadata, visibility, GitHub Release, tag, other repository, or external communication is changed.
