Implemented improvements to the Admin Panel Audit Logs functionality. Added Excel export support, improved filtering controls, and introduced double-click sorting for the Timestamp, User, and Action columns. Sorting cycles through ascending, descending, and original API order while keeping complete rows together. Also updated the button styling
