Cindy free accounts now list 18 ordinary conversation models, but the existing model sync only obtains eight partial capability records. Enrich native OpenAI API-key model sync for api.laxarouter.ai from Cindy's schema-v4 public reference, while keeping authenticated membership authoritative. Preserve source-bound snapshots, upstream capacity precedence, and existing metadata on reference failures; coalesce and cache the public fetch without sending account credentials. Internal review/search services do not participate in conversation capability completeness.
Add exact standard USD fallback prices for Hy3, Hy4 Preview, Qwen3.8 27B/Flash/Omni Flash, and Muse Spark 1.3. Dynamic prices remain first. Token entries containing only an allowed model list now preserve all default pricing and multipliers; explicit overrides, including zero, retain their existing behavior. This lets the Cindy channel restrict its 18 models while using normal Sub2API prices.
Validation: seven new targeted test functions passed (18-model capability fixture, membership isolation, upstream capacity precedence, preview, invalid-reference preservation, schema/Codex overrides, shared fetch/cache, exact prices and aliases, dynamic priority, missing-price rejection, empty-card defaults and explicit zero). Five existing sync/capacity regression tests passed. Full-repository golangci-lint passed in both required push and PR CI runs. The initial local lint memory failure is retained in the operator evidence; all five findings in this change were corrected. No frontend or SQL migration change; no real model generation calls.
