The borrowing extension previously put account configuration, route diagnostics and pelican generation into one long page. Split it into three administrator routes with matching sidebar entries and direct page navigation: borrow settings, borrow status, and pelican comparison/history. Preserve the existing settings URL, backend APIs and generation rules.
Keep unsaved configuration in a configuration-only browser session draft, separate from saved settings used by the other pages, and preserve source account order. Route status uses local expiry countdowns and non-overlapping read-only polling during preparation/verification, including operations started in another tab. Late status and history responses cannot replace newer operation results. Move protocol fields and full errors into expandable details, and keep the fixed prompt collapsed by default.
Validation: 48 focused settings/status/generation/navigation/permission cases and the three locale completeness checks passed; changed frontend files passed ESLint; Vue/TypeScript checking and the final production build passed. Synthetic desktop/mobile browser checks passed for navigation, session drafts versus saved configuration, single-save request boundaries, status polling/local expiry, history, complete error text and side-by-side/mobile result cards. Terminal cards show waiting only while pending/running; skipped/failed/cancelled results explain that no work was generated, and complete responses without HTML explain the unavailable preview. No live model or IP-quality requests, backend behavior changes, database migrations, or production configuration changes.
