Restore the project heading below the README banner - #24

Conversation
The banner rollout replaced each README's first H1 with the generated brand block. The original project heading belongs directly below the block, so it is restored verbatim. No other line changes. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

The README banner rollout replaced each README's first H1 with the generated brand block (
tools/brand/readme.mjs). Orchestrator directivekeep-readme-h1says the original# Nameheading must sit directly below<!-- brand:end -->and is never deleted. This restores the original heading, verbatim from the README as it was before the banner merge, below the brand block. It adds the heading line plus one blank line and removes nothing.
