Changes:
Update CI workflow to publish Huddly.* Nuget packages instead of UsbDotNet.* packages.
Why:
The Huddly SDK and will use the patched packages with the
Huddly.prefix instead of the packages from the tmittet/UsbDotNet base project. Thereby including changes from the Huddly forks Huddly/libusb and Huddly/UsbDotNet.
