Grounds attribution in actual team calls and backfills token repositories.

  • Job attribution and the PR automation comment use only roles with actual DSH calls.
  • A claimed role with zero calls is recorded as a team_attribution_grounded mismatch.
  • Backfill instance and job token repo_id at startup so future usage is attributed per repository.
  • Add tests for observed attribution and backfill.

Ran:

  • npm run check — pass (129 tests, build)
  • node scripts/version.mjs check — pass
  • node scripts/changelog.mjs check — pass
    Not run: production deploy.

No-issue: production audit follow-up (fabricated team and unattributed spend).

Derive job attribution from actual team role calls, record claimed-vs-observed mismatches, and backfill existing instance/job token repo ids so future model usage is attributed per repository.

Historical ledger rows without a job id remain unattributed.
