True. That's certainly something which can be added.
Starting work on this. Only going to implement for unweighted gene lists for now. Implementing for weighted gene lists would require the user to input the metric values as well, and there's a strong chance the weighted gene list came from another tool's output so it should not need to be edited.
I added a new text box, again only for unweighted-lists. It will load the existing gene list that you can edit. When you save it will override the old set of gene list members with the new set.

@jorvis The only edits available for the gene carts now are modification of the title and organism. Individual genes cannot be added or removed without deleting the whole cart and recreating it.
