Scoped incremental draft review at ed6c432a5b446b5db70aa65910853807ce9955de, compared with 6d311a68a7fc0529b448a187574456315ebef063. No new verified blocker in the bounded new diagnostics inspected; the existing WER aggregate-trust P2 remains unchanged, so no LGTM or duplicate inline finding.
The new records preserve isolated KV failure, scoped cuDNN pilot success, captured-input/compiled-parity limitations and overall INCONCLUSIVE. Independent arithmetic on 256 recorded rows per arm reproduces cuDNN WER 0.06829261169794 → 0.04428580954891 and V1 predictor-KV 0.02890479004274 → 0.04857627500665; ordered IDs/reference text match. These bounded observations do not repair the reusable validator or establish formal campaign acceptance.
Current draft lane succeeds, but published knowledge-model-policy remains failure despite its workflow job completing successfully. No current-head full Ready qualification is claimed. Verification was static source/data inspection and arithmetic, not PR-code execution, model/hardware work, private-payload authentication or exhaustive archive audit.

Scoped archival-delta review at d682e3bfafd898f7f34713cdf2c2eae81d9a4f00 versus ed6c432a5b446b5db70aa65910853807ce9955de: no new verified finding. The new cuDNN performance-pilot export correctly retains baseline isolation rejection, candidate NOT_RUN and overall INCONCLUSIVE; zero recorded measured JIT does not override the failed gate. The later process classification is not represented as proof of interference during measurement.
Independent arithmetic on the 14 × 256 retained numeric request rows reproduces the recorded mean RTF summaries. This does not authenticate private executable/log originals or establish comparative performance. No validator changes were made, so the previously reported aggregate-trust P2 remains; no duplicate inline and no LGTM.
Draft CI succeeds; published knowledge-model-policy remains failure, not current-head full Ready qualification. Static/data inspection only; no PR-code, model or hardware execution and no acceptance granted.

Scoped archival-delta review at e1ae256fc075ea9ab64aec68da749cf4a8c22ac7 versus previously inspected d682e3bfafd898f7f34713cdf2c2eae81d9a4f00 (three commits / 66 files). No additional verified finding in this increment; not LGTM / not merge-ready.
- Independent arithmetic on retained data reproduces all 14 measured 256-row RTF/TTFA summaries and both new quality pairs' WER/UTMOS aggregates. V4 WER is 0.05030372124811461 → 0.03796659519799514. Ordered numeric indexes are consistent; redacted utterance/reference identities and private source/log/audio originals were not independently authenticated.
- The prior failed/zombie execution remains separate from v4 live-hold quality. Mixed performance, unmet endpoints, single-pair scope and overall INCONCLUSIVE are preserved. This neither reopens formal-v5 nor establishes repeated quality assurance or campaign acceptance.
- The existing WER aggregate-trust P2 is unchanged:
check_results_v3.pystill trusts the supplied aggregate rather than reconciling it with rows. Inventory additions do not fix that validator. The already-requested versioned successor/mismatch regression remains the smallest correction; preserve historical frozen bytes. No duplicate inline finding opened. - Draft lint-and-smoke succeeds, but knowledge-model-policy explicitly rejects this head for a missing, invalid or stale author declaration. This is a PR-specific prerequisite, not merely other PRs' #140 history failures. Provide the truthful current-head declaration under the existing policy. Current full Ready qualification was not established.
Static source/data and CI-log review with independent numeric recomputation only; no PR code, model or hardware execution.

Integration follow-up only: head Preserve historical frozen evidence unchanged. This conflict request does not clear the existing WER aggregate-trust finding or the draft/admission prerequisites. Specific conflicting files have not been independently reproduced here; no file-level conflict attribution is asserted. |

Size note before this PR is marked ready (Refs #273, F5/R6) This PR would add 49.1 MB in 579 files. That is more than all tracked files on main (38.5 MB at #273 R6 proposes keeping large raw artifacts outside Git as GitHub Release assets, with an accessible URL and SHA-256 recorded in the repository. Byte budgets are still under discussion in #273. Before marking this PR ready, please consider moving the raw result files to a Release asset and keeping the manifest, summaries and knowledge changes here. No other change is requested. |
check_results_v3.quality() validates per-item WER and then returns the supplied seed_tts_content_error_mean. The v6 successor computes that mean from the validated items, rejects disagreement, and adds a negative mismatch control. Frozen v3 bytes and recorded verdicts stay unchanged. Merging main reads every evidence/*/plan/protocol-*.json as a skill-coverage input. The Qwen measurement protocols have no skills object and stay frozen. Skip protocols that do not declare skills, still reject a non-object skills value, and regenerate the coverage digest. Following up on the size note (Refs #273 R6) Thanks for the versioned The size question from 2026-11-01 is still open, and the PR has grown since: 579 files then, 586 now at To restate it briefly: merging adds about 49 MB to Git history permanently, more than all tracked files on main. A later deletion does not recover it, and every clone pays for it — #193 and #195 are the precedent. Three ways this can land, and any of them unblocks the PR:
What I cannot do is decide it for you: you own this campaign's evidence, and I would be guessing at which files are load-bearing for replay. #273 R6 has been waiting on this thread and on #51 since 2026-11-01, and it is the last open item in that review. A short answer — even "option 2, because X" — closes it. No change to the evidence, verdicts or this PR's scope is requested here. |

R6 is decided, and the part that concerns this PR is yours to choose. The record is #273 issuecomment-6632466101; #273 is now closed with every remedy decided. What it means here:
Measured today at this PR's head, so the numbers are current rather than the 2026-10-31 figures in F5:
No existing evidence file grows; these are all new files. |
Records the two-GPU Qwen3-Omni streaming-speech campaign for #112 and source-pinned MRv2 tuning knowledge. It fixes text readback semantics, freezes raw-audio and paired-WER gates, and retains the baseline matrix, separate quality outputs, screening attempts, runtime provenance and per-optimization sources.
The full Thinker → Talker → Code2Wav campaign remains INCONCLUSIVE. The complete CUDA bundle screen reports C1/C64 RTF 0.1050/0.4840 and mean WER 0.07514 versus historical baseline 0.03833: neither RTF target is reached, and the historical-baseline quality screen fails. This bundle is not recommended. Screening warmup/hardware histories differ; no comparative speedup or universal optimum is claimed. Original private model/audio payloads retain integrity hashes. Nested metadata byte checks do not establish payload availability or campaign acceptance.
The eager-MTP adapter screen reports C1/C64 RTF 0.1097/0.6117 and WER 0.04209, also above the historical quality reference. Its eight actual CUDA kernel-parity tests pass; this does not establish full-model quality. Placement and prefix/cuDNN experiments are separately registered, and retained evidence distinguishes screening from paired qualification.
The governing formal protocol is v5, including complete conditioning, three alternating pairs, observed-JIT exclusion and deterministic paired retries. Older protocols/results remain retained. Audio-input quality requires separate qualification. Each existing optimization is credited in
evidence/qwen3-omni-2gpu-20261023/plan/source-attribution.md.Validation: raw-audio checks pass on complete retained screens; the latest focused inventory suite passes. The prior isolated full suite reported 592 passed / 8 skipped plus one subsequently corrected inventory-count assertion. Earlier GitHub full-check and installed-package jobs passed on Python3.10/3.11; subsequent-head CI is reported by checks, not assumed here. Engine fixes are submitted separately as vllm-project/vllm-omni#9278 (audio timing/evidence), #9279 (peak concurrency), #9281 (JIT monitor forwarding), and #9283 (Qwen eager-MTP capability adapter).
The report-only
knowledge-model-policystatus previously failed separately from passing tests. Keep this PR draft while candidate validation and campaign review remain incomplete.2026-10-24 iteration update
Protocol-v5 has ended INCONCLUSIVE under its unchanged retry rule. Pair 1 was execution-eligible but failed the quality and endpoint RTF gates. Both baseline attempts in pair 2 observed two measured-interval JIT events; pair 3 was not attempted. The complete retained evidence includes all attempted and unattempted slots, raw request rows and losslessly compressed logs. No three-pair aggregate or qualified service gain exists.
The user requested continued cross-repository search and conditional performance-ceiling analysis. New screening is separate from v5: first compare the same MRv2 deployment with the eager-MTP adapter disabled/enabled, using all 256 quality rows before any performance promotion. Native MoE tuning and predictor work-reduction diagnostics are preliminary component experiments only. No new optimization PR will be presented as validated without isolated quality and performance evidence. Hardware analytical bounds, empirical operation envelopes and service outcomes will be reported separately; no global-optimum claim is justified.
