What the code says. src/commands/ holds 35 files. Five are not in the list and do not back a group of their own, so the "one file per group" claim no longer holds either:

• build-logs.ts (backs insta build logs)
• github.ts (backs compute connect-repo / disconnect-repo)
• private-network.ts (backs compute|redis|mysql|mongodb public-access, landed 2026-10-14 in feat(compute): public-access command and private addresses #373/service add / deploy: --endpoint udp|tcp+udp, and show a udp service's udp:// address #375)
• ssh-config.ts (backs compute ssh --setup, the ~/.ssh config and known_hosts writers)
• template-author.ts (backs template create|edit|publish|drafts)

Why it matters. The skill is the agent-facing map of src/; an agent following it will look for the public-access or ssh code under compute.ts and not find it, or will add a new file believing one-file-per-group is the convention.

What a fix touches. Only the commands/ row of the Architecture table in .claude/skills/developing-insta-cli/SKILL.md: either list the five helper files beside the groups they serve, or reword the row to say a group may span several files and name the extra ones. No code change.

Found by Yun Tianming: nightly sweep 2026-10-17-1000 at 25a1fa3d76a2. Found while sweeping, in a file this sweep is not permitted to edit, so it is filed rather than fixed.
