Add feed switch with hardcoded $1 feed and one underlying feed, and have the feed return updatedAt = 0, if the underlying feed returns a price below a RWG controlled threshold if fixed price mode is enabled.

Claude Code Review

Claude Code Review is paused for this repository because its GitHub organization is not linked to your Claude organization.
