fix: the instructor's card keeps off what it rings; wind the teleprinter back - #9

…ter back The card was pinned top centre, 720 px wide, over the top of every station and sometimes over its own rings. It now goes where it covers least of the rings and instruments (picked once per step and station), is narrower, carries only the last two printed lines (none at the radio, whose paper is on show), and fades under the pointer. The mouse wheel over the teleprinter, on the full console or at the radio, winds the paper back through the last 200 lines; it holds its place while new lines feed and winds forward to follow the print again.
