Definitely not a blocker to merge but consider if this lets us migrate any Playwright tests to the @web target.

Project-file imports already work through the browser's Project Files context menu, but the toolbar, Feature Tree menu, and Command Bar search still restrict them to desktop. Remove those historical gates so the same Import workflow is available from all entry points on both platforms.
