Updates the release-candidate workflow to use the renamed orchestration project and adds MSBuild targets for restoring, building, packing, pushing, and archiving Canary outputs.
Switches the release candidate scripts from Canary to ReleaseCandidate configuration, package paths, archive names, and archive targets across Build, Current, and VS2022 workflows. Integrates the shared packaging targets for PackLite and PackAll.
