The README still directs developers to endpoint directories that no longer exist after the OpenAPI-based reference migration. Replace them with working documentation links and the interactive reference, add a signup URL with attribution, and document how to report issues and run the existing local checks.
Validation: 22 public-asset tests pass, generated documentation assets are current, all relative README links resolve, the quickstart/product/help URLs return HTTP 200, and git diff --check passes. Endpoint definitions and generated assets are unchanged.
