Moves the Unreleased entry (Google Play install referrer, #19) to 1.8.0, and bumps
VERSION_NAMEand the README install pins. After merge: tagv1.8.0,./gradlew publishToMavenCentral, Publish on central.sonatype.com, then the GitHub release.
