This adds the public BTC PoW Lab Stratum V1 endpoint to the pool registry so StratumStats can measure it from the same regional scouts and with the same evidence model used for the other pools.

The registry describes it as a hybrid pool because the published model allocates 85 percent to the finder, 10 percent to eligible community miners and 5 percent to the operator. The product labels therefore identify finder reward and community reward instead of presenting it as pure solo or a conventional shared payout pool.

The public setup guide confirms stratum.btcpowlab-pool.com:3333. The public status page currently reports the Stratum listener as operational. A separate TCP check succeeded from five external nodes in Austria, Germany, Russia and the United States: https://check-host.net/check-report/4dc51307kedd

The edited file parses as valid JSON. I also checked unique pool identifiers, unique endpoint tuples, the hybrid category, active status and the exact endpoint values. git diff --check passes. Go is not installed in my current Windows environment, so I could not run the repository Go validator or test suite locally.

Disclosure: I am Carlos Monzon from Power CM Software and I operate BTC PoW Lab Pool. This proposal asks StratumStats to measure the endpoint independently and makes no request for a favorable score.
