Updates all nine UMPK pins to 0.9.0-beta.6 and refreshes the current dependency guides.

Enabled memory caches now retain login tokens across reconnects within one client. Disabled caching still starts each attempt empty. Modern profile signing checks Session.IsAuthenticated, so encrypted offline sessions do not announce certificates for the account's online UUID. The public constructor parameter name stays compatible.

Validation:

  • Clean Release build: zero warnings or errors, with a fresh NuGet cache and published UMPK packages.
  • Full suite: 1,955 passed, no failures or skips; 15 focused authentication cases pass. Two new regressions fail before the fixes.
  • Formatting and diff checks pass.
  • Nine local packages and eight symbol packages verified; all 17 sample projects compile against those packages and UMPK beta.6.

The authentication regressions use cached fake credentials and a scripted encrypted server.
