conformance: remove the View saved run button (CQT-6) - #6958
Spec: None: covered by the user story and acceptance criteria below.
Plan: None: a small UI removal.
User story
As a Conformance user who just finished a run, I want the score card to show only the result, so that I am not offered a button that opens the same results I am already looking at.
Acceptance criteria
A finished run's score card shows no "View saved run" button.
The run is still saved and finalized, so it appears in History.
Leaving the page after a finished run still does not cancel it.
A failed finalize still marks the run unfinalized, so leaving the page cancels it.
What this does
The "View saved run" button opened the saved copy of the run on screen, and that run is also one click away in History, so the button was redundant. The onSavedRun callback from PersistConformanceRun existed only to feed this button, so it goes too.
Documentation
Nothing applicable
Architecture
None: no new component or flow
Screenshots and recordings
None yet: running the app locally needs a signed-in session. The only visible change is that the "View saved run" button (bottom right of the score card, after a run) is gone.
Deleted
The "View saved run" button in ConformancePanel, with its savedRunId state and navigation.
PersistConformanceRun's onSavedRun prop.
Reused

Production signal
None: not user-facing beyond the removed button

Checklist
I can explain every line of this diff without the agent that wrote it.
Under 800 changed lines of hand-written source, not counting tests (npm run slop:size), or labelled large-pr / mechanical.
No new as any, empty catch, .catch(() => {}) or raw console on the server.
Comments say why the code is this way, not how it got here.
Verification: npx vitest run client/src/components/conformance (9 files, 111 tests passed).
The conformance score card no longer shows a “View saved run” button after a run is finalized. PersistConformanceRun no longer accepts or invokes the onSavedRun callback. The persistence test now checks that finalization completes without the button. A patch changeset records the removal.

Remove the stale link sentence from the lifecycle changeset.
The pending lifecycle changeset says the finished score card links to the saved run. This PR removes that button. The release workflow consumes every pending changeset, so the release notes can state both that the link exists and that it was removed. The cancellation sentence still matches the PR behavior, so keep it and remove only the first sentence.

-After a Conformance run finishes, the score card links to the run it saved ("View saved run"), so you no longer have to find it in History by time. A run you leave before it finishes (navigating away, switching server, closing the tab) is now closed as cancelled instead of showing up in History as timed out.+A run you leave before it finishes (navigating away, switching server, closing the tab) is now closed as cancelled instead of showing up in History as timed out.
