Redo dual weapon code

It would help us save on sub-models by rewriting the dual weapon code to the way CS1.6 does it.

We would have to mirror the hands and hand animations for 1-handed weapons we want to do mirroring on. Should be do-able through a number of methods.

Yeah I think so. I don't remember how it works in CS but I think that's what lockdown was getting at.
