build(docker): install tzdata so IANA server time zones resolve - #1238

The Alpine base image ships without /usr/share/zoneinfo, so .NET only knew UTC and the server time zone setting rejected ids like America/Argentina/Buenos_Aires. Split out of #995. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Split out of #995 (original commit by Diego Amatte, authorship kept).
Problem
The
aspnet:10.0-alpinebase image doesn't include/usr/share/zoneinfo. In the Docker image,Program.ResolveServerTimeZonetherefore fails for IANA ids likeEurope/BerlinorAmerica/Argentina/Buenos_Aires, logs a warning and falls back to UTC. Event schedules (periodic tasks, Crywolf, Castle Siege, Imperial Guardian) then run on UTC instead of the configured server time zone.Change
Install
tzdatanext toicu-libsin all Alpine images:src/Startup/Dockerfile(all-in-one)src/Dapr/AdminPanel.Host/Dockerfile,src/Dapr/CentralServer.Host/Dockerfile,src/Dapr/GameServer.Host/Dockerfile(distributed)Note: in the distributed deployment, the time zone data is now available, but nothing applies
SystemConfiguration.TimeZoneIdyet. OnlyStartup/Program.csresolves it andGameServerContainerassigns it toGameContext.ServerTimeZone. The Dapr game server host still runs on UTC. That needs a separate code change.Testing
Not built or run in Docker; there was no Docker daemon in the environment where this was prepared. The change is just one more Alpine package, the approach Microsoft documents for time zones on Alpine.
