Clarify on how active the development of the project is

I feel like some clarification is needed on how active the project is.

PRs come in that add functionality, implying an actual use by users, but @MakovWait doesnt seem to be active. Is there a need for another maintainer? Is this in a kinda of maintenance only mode, where only bug fixes are accepted?

The project is in its most stable form, which means there are no crucial bugs or anything that prevents people from using it. That’s why development is rather passive and mostly depends on my spare time, which I don’t have much of.

I have some plans to ship version 1.4 later this year, but there’s still a lot of work to do, and I’m also waiting for Godot 4.5 stable.

So, the project is not abandoned - I’m maintaining it in my free time and doing it for free. That’s why it may seem I’m not active, but that’s not true: I’m doing my best, even if it doesn’t always look like it.
