The theme is kept in localStorage ("amfv-theme") and applied from
index.html before the first paint, so a dark page does not flash white.
The toggle sits at the right of the layout header. The review page's
fixed light-only text colors get dark equivalents.

Adds a dark mode toggle to the header (web/ frontend only). The choice is kept in localStorage and applied from index.html before the first paint, so a dark page does not flash white. The review page's fixed light-only text colors get dark equivalents.
Tests:
bun run check,bun run build, and the full e2e suite (100 tests) pass on this branch.
